"Steve stepped in on a Project Management basis to advise on incomplete and defective works to our rear extension which were taking forever to complete by my appointed builders whom we understood had trading difficulties. After Steve, holding several meetings with the original builder and various correspondence, he and his legal advisor advised us to engage others to complete the works. We then sourced trades directly to complete the works-this proved to be invaluable advice and wish only that we selected Steve’s firm from the outset!

We subsequently appointed Stelwood to design and build our outbuilding, a really well constructed building using the same materials I would expect from a new build house! The staff at Stelwood employed were very friendly and hard working. They turned up every day until the job was completed. I have had other work done before by other builders and have often been waiting for builders to finish the job once started. This certainly was not the case with Stelwood. As a result, I subsequently employed Stelwood to carry out an Under-Floor Heating Project. This was a job well done, with work being carried out in the house while we remained resident. Again, a very professional job without any delays. A clean and tidy job"
