Stelwood was engaged to negotiate a maximum value contract with Contractors Design Portion under a JCT with CDP form of Contract.
•    The site was subject to historic/medieval findings, and we had to engage with English Heritage before we were able to commence            main contract works.
•    Extensive temporary and underpinning works to meet party wall agreement to a busy Tesco Express.
•    4-storey cavity brick and steel frame building on a piled raft foundation, consisting of five  2-bedroom apartments and two shops            with renewed access road and some external works.
