The project was to demolish an existing inner London caretakers lodge and construct a 4 storey RC and steel frame building.  It comprised of three 2-bedroom apartments and one 3 bedroom apartment.  The building was with SFS, brick and VM zinc cladding together with extensive reinstatements and external works.
